1. Description of ScreenZoom

ScreenZoom is a Mac desktop application for creating professional screen recordings with intelligent auto-zoom technology. The Software automatically zooms in on your cursor clicks and typing, creating engaging tutorial videos, product demos, and educational content without manual editing.

2. License Grant and Restrictions

2.1 License Grant

When you purchase ScreenZoom, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on your Mac computers.

License types:
- Personal License: For individual use on up to 2 Mac computers owned by the license holder
- Professional License: For individual or business use with additional features and commercial usage rights

2.2 Permitted Uses

You may:
- Install and use the Software on the authorized number of devices
- Create unlimited recordings for personal or commercial purposes (depending on your license)
- Use recordings created with ScreenZoom in your own projects, courses, tutorials, or client work
- Receive free updates to the Software for the duration specified in your license

2.3 Restrictions

You may NOT:
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Software
- Share your license with others or transfer it without written permission
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
- Remove or modify any copyright notices or branding
- Use the Software to create illegal or harmful content

3. System Requirements

ScreenZoom requires:
- macOS 13.0 or later
- Apple Silicon or Intel processor
- Screen recording permissions (granted via macOS system preferences)
- Minimum 8GB RAM recommended (16GB for 4K recording)

4. Payment and Refunds

4.1 Pricing

Prices are displayed in USD and include all applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

4.2 Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with ScreenZoom, contact us at bartzalewskidev@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. After 7 days, all sales are final.

Refunds are not available if:
- Your account has been terminated for Terms violations
- You've violated copyright or created illegal content with the Software
- You're requesting a refund after the 7-day period

4.3 Lifetime Updates

Licenses include lifetime updates to the Software. We may release major versions as separate products, but current license holders will receive significant discounts.

5. User Data and Privacy

- The Software will be error-free or uninterrupted
- All features will work perfectly in all scenarios
- The Software will meet your specific requirements

We continuously work to improve the Software and fix bugs, but software complexity means issues may occur.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScreenZoom shall not be liable for:
- Lost recordings, data, or files
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits or business opportunities
- Damages exceeding the amount you paid for the Software

Always save important recordings and maintain backups of critical content.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate licenses and accounts if:
- You violate these Terms of Service
- You engage in fraudulent activity or payment disputes
- You use the Software for illegal purposes
- You share or distribute the Software without authorization

Terminated accounts are not eligible for refunds.
